Processing Time

  • Orders are typically packed and dispatched within 1-2 business day.
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your tea is on its way.

Shipping within Australia

  • FREE standard shipping on all orders. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
  • Express shipping options are available at checkout.

International Shipping

Hojicha House ships internationally to the following countries: New Zealand, United Kingdom and Singapore. Below is an overview of our international shipping rates and estimated delivery timeframes.


New Zealand (prices in NZD) 

  • Orders under $75: $19 flat rate 
  • Orders $75 - $129: $10 flat rate 
  • Orders over $130: FREE Shipping 

Estimated* timeframe: 4-7 business days


Singapore (prices in SGD) 

  • Orders under $60: $16.95 flat rate 
  • Orders $60 - $99: $10 flat rate 
  • Orders over $100: FREE Shipping 

Estimated* timeframe: 4-7 business days


United Kingdom (prices in GBP )

  • Orders under £35: £15 flat rate 
  • Orders £35 - £65: £10 flat rate 
  • Orders over £65: FREE Shipping

Customs & Regulations 

Hojicha House is not held liable for additional taxes, duties or surcharges that may be payable on delivery in your country. The recipient is solely responsible for covering these costs. Please check the regulations in your country before placing your order. Orders abandoned at customs due to non-payment of taxes or duties are not eligible for a refund. 

Hojicha House is not responsible for any deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers to the local carrier in your country, air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back-end charges once the package has left Australia. 


Dispatch Information 

Orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days from the time they are placed. Please note that this does not include public holidays or weekends.

Refunds & Order Issues

Because tea is a food product, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@hojichahouse.com.au.

We’ll arrange a replacement or refund right away.
